Since
1992 Michael A. Fiumara has been representing
Sonoma County Residents who have been accused
of wrong-doing and for criminal acts. For almost
fourteen years Mr. Fiumara has successfully represented
clients who have been charged with a wide range
of felony and misdemeanors including drug sale/possession,
drug manufacturing/cultivation, spousal assault,
domestic violence and abuse, assault and battery,
sex crimes including sex registriable offenses,
theft and fraud cases, embezzlement, burglary
and robbery, white collar crimes, fire arms and
weapons, fish and game violations, and all types
of probation violations. In general, every kind
of misdemeanor or felony imaginable has been handled
by Mr. Fiumara. Additionally, Mr. Fiumara has
also joined forces with experienced counsel on
large gang related and kidnapping cases.
Mr.
Fiumara possess a Masters Degree in City Planning
from the University of Pennsylvania and thereafter
worked on the mean streets of New York City as
a City Planner before earning his law degree from
Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Fiumara
is politically and socially active and involved
in Sonoma County and has been active on numerous
Youth and Elder Advocate Organizations.
